新华网北京4月22日电（记者崔静）来自民政部的消息，据四川省民政厅22日14时统计，“4·20”芦山地震已造成188人死亡，25人失踪，11950人受伤。据统计，这次地震已造成四川雅安、成都、广元、绵阳、德阳、南充、广安、遂宁、内江、乐山、自贡、宜宾、达州、资阳、眉山、阿坝、甘孜和凉山18个市州111个县172万余人受灾；188人死亡，其中雅安市169人、成都市8人、甘孜州5人、眉山市1人、德阳市3人、乐山1人、阿坝州1人。
失踪报告全部来自雅安市，其中宝兴县20人、芦山县3人、天全县2人。

截至昨日16：00，据不完全统计，包括国寿、人保、太平、平安、太保、新华等17家险企已累计向地震灾区捐款超过7950万元。其中金额较大的几笔包括中国人寿1000万元、中国人民保险集团1000万元及中国太平1000万元。
还了解到保监会在地震发生后发布了强制条款，明确包括被保险人因灾发生的医疗费用全额及时给予赔付，财产保险业务暂时不能确定损失金额的，按不低于预估赔款的80%先行赔付等十项理赔服务特殊政策。事实上，各家保险公司也纷纷放宽了理赔政策。
此次地震同时让行业再次聚焦巨灾保险制度的推进。数据显示，2008年汶川地震，保险赔付16.6亿元；2012年北京暴雨，险企估险10亿元，海葵台风估损14.6亿元。保监会相关负责人表示：“保监会也在重点研究巨灾险，希望推进巨灾保险制度的建立。”
