邮件的标题也非常重要,以下列举几个注意事项:
1. 邮件标题用客户名称与供应商名称
譬如: To David McIntyre from Kevin Wang, 或者 To JC Penny from Blue Sun Company. To…From…斗卖结构的邮件标题,可以让买家清晰看到这个邮件的接收人与发件人,此外如果是回复询盘的邮件小编倒是不建议更改太多标题内容,买家对自己发的询盘多少有点印象。
2. 邮件标题用产品报价
譬如: Preferential quotation for Model 123 at the price of US$8.99 FOB Yantian 这个标题清晰明了,买家一看就知道某一种型号产品的具体报价。但是当产品型号非常长的时候,需要小心了,可以调整否则容易被服务器当做垃圾邮件过滤掉。
3. 邮件标题用客户求购的产品名称
譬如:Model 123 digital photo frame in European Market, 或者 Product catalog of digital photo frames with patented designs这个邮件标题既能够突显买家查询的产品类型,也能突出自己产品的优势。
2、如何回复外贸客户的询盘在外贸业务中,邮件沟通是我们最常用的一种。
如果一封邮件中,我们不能把客户的问题回复清楚,沟通无法做到高效,会让客人对业务员的专业水平有看法,从而造成业务机会的耽搁或者失去等等。

4、外贸接到客户询盘,应该如何回复?1、搞明白询盘的之一痛点
对于 *** 之类的B2C,要先设好卖方自己的卖点。但对于外贸这样的B2B,则关键要满足不同买方的特定需求,即痛点需求。渗羡
而之一痛点的识别是最重要的。
2、针对之一痛点,敢于聪明地承诺
客户的外贸询盘不只是针对你一个。谁更有可能承诺满足需求的,客户才可能会和谁开始沟通。这将决定了一个关键环节的转化率。相信我们一定不会愿意将来之不易的询盘丢掉吧?!
